What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with difficult customers, easy-going customers, customers with high expectations, customers who trust us to have creative/technical freedom, and all customers in between! We are very big on customer service and putting your needs first.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would never choose the cheapest price. We believe that quality is always better; therefore we make it a point to provide quality service and products to you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a $100 service fee/charge and $80 an hour, service only. Larger projects are bids. Bidded jobs do not follow this pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is very important that we get a feel for what exactly the customer wants FIRST.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our employees are ETs and/or Journeymen that have completed or are in the process of getting an ETP certificate. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured.
